Credits are consumed the moment a generation runs, and the provider bills us whether or not you liked the result. That is the reason this policy draws the line where it does: what has not been spent can come back, what has been spent generally cannot.
What we refund
- A subscription cancelled within 14 days of its first payment, in full, provided you have spent fewer than 10% of that period's credits. Beyond that we refund the unspent proportion at our discretion.
- A credit pack bought in the last 14 days and not yet spent, in full. A partly spent pack is refunded pro rata on the unspent credits.
- A duplicate or accidental charge, in full, whenever you notice it.
- Credits consumed by our fault — a run charged twice, or charged for output that was never delivered — returned to your balance as credits, without needing a refund request. If you would rather have the money back, ask.
- An extended outage that made the Service unusable for a meaningful part of a paid period: a pro-rata credit or refund, on request.
What we do not refund
- Credits already spent on completed generations. A generation that produced an image was delivered, even if the image is not what you hoped for. Every run shows its price before it runs, and cancelling before submission releases the reservation in full.
- Unused credits at the end of a subscription period, or credits left on a cancelled or deleted account. Credits are prepaid access, not a stored balance of money.
- Time already served on a subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end with its credits intact.
- Charges more than 60 days old, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. That right ends once you begin using the digital content, which for this Service means running your first generation against the credits you bought. Buying credits asks you to acknowledge that. Nothing in this policy removes a right you have by law.
How to ask
Write to support@partiatelier.com with the account email and the invoice or transaction reference from your billing page. We answer within five working days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle, the merchant of record, to the original payment method, and usually appear within five to ten working days.
You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from your billing page — no request needed. See also the Terms of Service.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback reverses the credits it paid for and suspends the account while it is investigated, which is slower and worse for both of us than an email.
