These terms are the agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS](“we”, “us”), for your use of Parti(the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer or client, you confirm you may bind them.
1. The Service
Parti generates and edits architectural imagery from material you supply. You give it a source image or a description, choose a tool and a model, and it returns an image. The models are operated by third parties on our behalf; which ones are available may change as providers add, withdraw or alter them.
Generated output is not deterministic.The same input can produce different results, and a result may not match your intent. The Service is an aid to design communication, not a substitute for professional drawings, surveys, structural judgement, or any submission that requires a licensed professional's seal.
2. Your account
You must give an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. One person, one account: do not share credentials. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the Service, to break these terms, or in a way that threatens its stability or other customers.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract.
3. Credits
Generation is paid for in credits. Each run displays its price before it runs, reserves that amount, and settles the actual cost when it completes. A run that fails before producing an image releases its reservation.
- Credits are prepaid access to the Service, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Credits included with a subscription are granted for each billing period. Credits bought as a one-off pack do not expire while your account is open.
- We may change what a run costs in credits when a provider changes what it charges us. The price you see before a run is the price that run will be charged.
- A new account receives a one-off allocation of free credits after its email address is confirmed. Creating additional accounts to obtain more free credits is a breach of these terms.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant of record for every transaction. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself, and your invoice comes from Paddle. We never receive or store your card details.
A subscription renews automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel it. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before a renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
5. Your content and your rights in the output
Everything you upload remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the Service: to store your material, and to transmit it to the model providers listed in the Privacy Policy so a run can be executed.
- We do not use your uploads or your generated images to train any model, ours or anyone else's, and we require the same of the providers we send them to.
- Output is yours to use commercially — in client work, competition entries, planning submissions and marketing — to the extent we can grant it. We assign you whatever rights we hold in the images generated from your account.
- We cannot warrant that a generated image is free of third-party rights. Generative models can produce output resembling existing works, trade dress or trademarks. Checking an image before you publish it remains your responsibility.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including photographs, drawings, models and any depicted person or building where consent is required.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- produce material that is unlawful where you or we operate;
- depict a real, identifiable person without their consent, or create material intended to deceive about a real person, organisation or building;
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or design right;
- produce sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence or hatred;
- misrepresent a generated image as a photograph of something that exists, where that would mislead a client, a buyer or a public authority;
- circumvent credit accounting, resell access, or run automated traffic beyond the documented rate limits.
Model providers apply their own content policies and may refuse a request. A refusal is not a fault in the Service.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It depends on third-party providers, and a provider outage will interrupt generation. We may change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will give notice and you may cancel.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting an account cancels any subscription at the end of the paid period and forfeits unused credits, which have no cash value. We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents us.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, and to the fullest extent the law allows: the Service is provided as it stands; we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data; and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
Do not rely on a generated image as a record of an existing building, as a dimensioned drawing, or as evidence of a design's constructability.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a material change we will give notice by email or in the application before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date accepts the new terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protection you have as a consumer where you live.
